Aariya Jewel Shipping and Refund Policy
By placing an order with Aariya Jewel, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
· All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not ordinarily available. Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
· Shipping Information: Shipping labels are generated automatically using the information entered at checkout. We do not handwrite or manually revise addresses, so please verify that all shipping details are accurate before submitting your order.
· Responsibility After Shipment: Once a package has been transferred to USPS, Aariya Jewel is no longer responsible for its delivery. The buyer is responsible for tracking the shipment and resolving delivery-related concerns directly with USPS.
· Tracking and Proof of Address: Aariya Jewel will provide valid tracking information and, when needed, a copy of the invoice showing the shipping address supplied by the buyer at checkout.
If a buyer reports that a package was not received even though tracking shows it as delivered, the following steps apply:
1. Proof of Address: The buyer must provide a photo confirming that the shipping address entered at checkout matches the address where they normally receive mail or packages. Acceptable proof may include clearly addressed mail, such as promotional mail or an Amazon package.
2. Address Mismatch: If the checkout address does not match the buyer’s actual mailing address, no refund or replacement will be issued.
3. Resolution: If the buyer provides valid proof that the checkout address matches their actual mailing address and the matter remains unresolved, Aariya Jewel will provide either a full refund or a one-time replacement item.
Please note:
After a refund is issued for a delivery-related claim, future orders placed using the same shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded to help prevent repeated shipping complications.
